The Writers' Net is a blog created by the SIM Writers Society, aiming to provide a vibrant, calming, and fun platform for its members to showcase their writing. The blog will feature three primary sections: About SIM Writers Society, Events, Hear from our students, and word of the week. The events section will focus on the best writings from each event, Hear from our students will showcase submissions from members, and the word of the week will present a new word along with its meaning each week. The primary goal of The Writers' Net is to create a fun and safe space for SIM Writers' Society members to showcase their best writing, establishing a supportive community. What sets The Writers' Net apart from other writing blogs is that it is a student-focused initiative handled by a college committee, with a main focus on creative writing, but also including other forms of writing.
